CLAN INVITEPersonal invitation to clan could be sent via Clan UI (H Shortcut Key by default) as long as the ranks that held had been given authority to invite new members.

CLAN RECRUITMENT
Open recruitment notice could be posted publicly by Clan Leader for any newcomers to join the clan.
Clan is required to be at least Rank 2 to post such open recruitment.
