Why is this critical?
Residents who had been dispatched to perform certain task or stationing at sites to serve as Head will experience an increase of Fatigue by + 6 / hour. When Fatigue reach certain amount, the efficacy of resident will drop.
As certain research or tasks require a very specific resident skill that only possessed by one of the guild residents, the only way to keep the task going at constant efficiency is by reducing their fatigue.

Thus, mollify that particular resident will ensure him/her to perform the job at consistent efficiency.
