Elements for Weapon Upgrade

Upgrade weapons with Transmute Elements is another alternative than using other weapons as offering.

New Elements could be obtained from Item Transmute in Inventory UI.

Transmute Elements requires:
1. Element Powder from salvaging equipments,
2. Fusion Powder from salvaging soul shields, and
3. Soulstones from daily quests or pvp rewards. (purchasable from marketplace)

Pros of using Transmute Elements in upgrading weapons:
1. Better Inventory or Storage Management
Doesn't need to use up inventory or storage slots in stockpiling many offering weapons. Players could just salvage weapons on the spot during questing/dungeons and use the Element Powders to fuse Elements for weapons upgrade later on.

2. Similar upgrade cost
Despite the transmute cost is consider high that stand around 50 silver per element and require certain amount of Soulstone (5 for each element), its upgrade fee is rather low while using weapons as direct offering cost around 10 silver +/- each and only offer relatively low growth EXP. When factor everything up, both methods' costing are more or less the same.

3. Have a chance to generate a bonus Elder Dragon Element
During the transmute of Elements, have a small chance of generating an additional Elder Dragon Element.
