【BLADE & SOUL】CLAN : Changing a Member's Rank Level
Clan Leader or any rank of members who authorized could change the rank level of other members via Clan UI (H shortcut key by default)Steps:
1. Hover over the name of the members will show a quick menu, go to the last icon "More" and click on it.
2. "More" icon will drop down a menu, members' rank could be change on "Level" Selection.
