Quest Flow:
1. Prior start the quest, it will be safer to check the NPC, Errand Man is in his location first. Ramstis Ridge, approx [3139,-399]
Note: Is NOT require to talk to him to start the quest.

2. Obtained four (4) numbers from papers which located at Ramstis Ridge, approx [611, 774] , [1790, 77] ,[1406, -827] , [1977, 632]

3. After obtained all number, type them into Normal Chat in correct sequence in front of Errand Man NPC.
QUEST MIGHT NOT START AUTOMATICALLY. 
If the number is correct, you can talk to NPC MANUALLY and trigger the quest.

4. Warp to Fedimian and obtain money bag from Guard.

5. Go back to Errand Man NPC and collect reward. END
